Advisor very good and knowledgable and put us on the dream bed thing to find the perfect mattress for us.

I went in to buy a £500 bed and ended up spending over £2300. I would never have spent £1800 on a mattress but the level of service, which was non pressurized but informative. The quality of the mattress was nothing like I would normally look at, but I was directed to try.

Overall very good. Previous good experiences with Dreams meant we always favoured coming back to the Dreams store, even if the prices were slightly higher than we expected.

The sales advisor James was very friendly and helpful. He answered all our questions and helped us find the bed we needed.

From the moment we arrived, there was no hard sell. We didn't really know what we wanted, but the guy (Del) who dealt with us was superb. Allowed us on the bed to test what mattress we liked, used that knowledge with his own to guide us to some products, didn't care when we ruled ourselves out of the expensive products, just wanted what was best for us. We went in for just a mattress and ended up buying a TV Bed as well. And that was with no pushing from the guy, if we just wanted a mattress he gave us as much patience as when we started to look for a new bed. His colleague Shaun even made us a coffee whilst we completed the paperwork

I finally manage to get the best bed and mattress . For the first visit the sales manager assist us with the best knowledge and help to show us the mattress the suite our body. After few test we manage to book it.

Sales manager was friendly, knowledgeable and didn’t push us in to the sale. We only entered the store to browse and upon speaking with the sales manager, was convinced that it was a good time to purchase a bed

This was the 4th shop I visited that day (and last) and by the time I arrived I was annoyed because I couldn't find a bed anywhere else that suited my needs. Literally from the second I came through the door I was really well looked after. Really nice guys in the store that had a great sense of humour, really good product knowledge, no hard sell, which was perfect as I am notoriously hard to sell to. After being electronically scanned, I was introduced to my perfect bed and placing the order was a doddle. Covid rules were all in place and I was advised of them without being barked at or made to feel like a leper (like you do in most other stores.) sadly we are in a world where it is almost a shock when you get good or great customer service but I really did get a brilliant service in store. And it happened to be my birthday that day, I hope they guys get to see this message. Thanks again, was a great retail experience 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
