Waterlooville store was my first point of contact with a bed store, I know what I wanted and u knew I wanted to shipmaround before making a decision. But upon leaving dreams waterlooville I knew Id end up making a purchase from them! Derek was so friendly and non pushy and have me great advice on the spec I gave him. I also visited other bed stores with and gave them the same specifications u needed but they just seemed to not care. Hence why u bought from dreams. Very well deserved.

Given plenty of advice, tried various beds, all explained to us. When done given time to retry any beds we wished to, and discuss it between ourselves. In fact Joshua did so well, we ended up buying two mattresses, not just the one we had gone in to buy.
