The shop assistant was very helpful and assessed my needs very quickly directing us to a range of products in all price ranges.

This is the second time I have purchased a bed from Dreams (different stores). Its always a great service and the products are always great. I appreciate the sales team at Dreams, they do not crowd you, they stand in the back ground just incase you have any queries but do not give you the massive sales pitch, it allows you space to make a decision.

All staff were very friendly and helpful. My particular salesman was very knowledgeable and helped me find what I was looking for. He allowed me to look closely at the particular devan base I was interested in. I did change my mind on the headboard that I was going to purchase, and this did not bother him at all! There was no pressure sales (which I dislike intensely), and for this I was very grateful. Overall a very pleasant experience!!

the staff were friendly, even offering tea and biscuits during my time in the store. The Manager was knowledgeable about the product and I was given a free gift of a travel pillow, he even knew about VAT and disability. My time spent in dreams purchasing my mattress was pleasant.

Friendly staff, highly knowledgeable, patient and professional. Lots of choice, impressed by the colour coding of Beds. Given a lesson on mattresses first so we knew what we were looking for. Only negative is having to wait 5 weeks for delivery. Will definitely use and recommend Dreams in the future
