The staff at Dreams in Orpington were incredibly friendly and helpful during our many visits to choose the perfect bed and mattress.Tee in particular was incredibly friendly and helpful and recognised us during our multiple visits to the store. All interactions we had with the staff in this store were incredibly positive - from our first visit using the automated mattress sensing system to help us narrow down mates choices - to our final visit when we were unsure on whether our chosen bed would fit, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful even suggesting ways in which we might measure our space to ensure that the bed we’d chosen would fit up our stair case which, as we live in a town house does make delivering larger items such as the bed head board quote challenging. All staff we encountered were friendly, helpful and knowledgable and as such I would not hesitate to recommend this company - and specifically this store, to friends or family who may be looking for a new bed. I can’t wait now for the bed to be delivered but thank Tee his colleagues for all the help in choosing our bed and matress.

Plenty if time to peruse without an assistant being too pushy. She made herself known to me and then left me to it until I needed to ask questions. I appreciated that

the sales lady Marian could not have been more helpful. She listened careful while we explained what we required. She then went through various options with us so we could discount what we needed and what we did not. Marian then gave us some figures to look at which we took away to digest. As agreed we returned and Marian then dealt with our order. Once again ensuring we understood what it was we were buying and the options available. We were offered refreshment while we waited for the order to be processed. Marian was very attentive at all times to our needs and made us feel our custom was very important and did everything to meet this. To top we enjoyed the bed experience to ensure the right mattress was chosen. Marian made the whole experience of buying a bedframe and a mattress stress free.

We returned to Dreams in Orpington to re-instigate a refurbishment project that had been halted two years ago due to Covid during which we had made a provisional order for a bed. Not only did Tee (the staff member) recognise us, he also joked about the time taken for us to return. He checked the availability of the items and reissued a provisional order for us to take to our meeting with the builders. Having ascertained exact dates for the requirement, we returned the following day to be assisted by Marian, who was fully aware of our order and did her utmost to accommodate our specific delivery requirements. The whole event was a pleasant experience and included a drink and free pillows. We would not hesitate in recommending Dreams in Orpington to anyone.
