Dreams - Orpington Springvale

From the moment we walked in,every one was smiling and attentive.All three assistants spoke to us at different times as we walked around.THey all knew there stuff,which was very helpful .THey made it easier to choose.

We knew it wasn't going to be a straight forward choice of mattress with us both having different requirements. Jas was knowledgeable and advised us on how to ensure we tried all the products and types to choose well. Jas was patient as we sprawled all over the mattresses, finally resting on one we both liked and was comfortable.......we then added in the choosing of pillows, poor Jas, her patience was tried but again we were advised well. We are looking forward to our new sleeping experience courtesy of Dreams and Jas! Two satisfied Mason's!! :0)

I believe that once my new mattress arrives I will have a really good night’s sleep.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. They explained the difference between the makes and types of mattress. And they left myself and my wife to discuss before making a decision.

Marian who served us was very knowledgeable on all the products and gave us plenty of time to try out the beds. She was very friendly and helpful.

The staff left you alone to browse the shop, and approached when they saw we was interested in the item.

There was a wide range of beds to lay on and try and the options to understand what felt the most comfortable was fantastic. The sales assistant was also very attentive but still gave us time to think and try out the different beds.

I visited the store in Orpington Springvale. Tony and the team were extremely helpful with our purchase. We could not make a definitive decision until they assisted us by explaining the benefits of having sprung slats and the type of bed frame & mattress. Their knowledge of the products were outstanding and their hospitality and friendliness made our purchase easy and we left with big smiles on our faces. Thanks for all the help. Rea & Arkin
