We had a few issues with the referral to the underwriter but Marian handled it very well. She is very friendly and welcoming. She made me a great cup of tea whilst we waited. Tee's service when we originally went in was excellent too. He called us back when he said he was going to and dealt with us expertly.

The team member who served me was very friendly, knowledgeable and understood our needs.
