The lovely assistant was there in the background and asked if we needed any help & offered hot drinks. She gave us space to look at what we wanted and came over again a little while later to tell us about different mattress options for the type I was looking for. I already knew which bed I wanted. Just about the right amount of contact, I didn't feel pressured.

Our salesman Tony was very attentive knowledgeable and friendly we were very happy with our purchase

Good products and good service. I was given the assistance I needed, but also given the time I wanted to test different mattresses several times. The sales assistant seemed very knowledgeable about the product I wanted to buy, but also had good knowledge of everything in the store.

The staff were very knowledgeable regarding the items we were interested in and didn’t rush us into making a decision we even went back twice to check out a few details and when we decided to go ahead and order that was very straight forward , this all took place during the extreme weather and we were giving a cup of coffee to warm us up on both occasions, many thanks

I would like to say a massive thank you to the gorgeous lady Marian, she was honestly one of the best sales people I have met. Marian was kind and thoughtful about my needs. Furthermore, she was very patient, considering that I could not decide on which matress would suit my sleeping habits! Also she went above and beyond by dropping off to my house the pillow, duvet, sheet and matress protector. The reason being, I do not have a car and she did not want me to been blown across the street with so many bits to hold! So, I am a very happy customer and look forward to my new matress.

The sales assistant gave me enough information without being pushy, and allowed me to try out mattresses without feeling like I was being pressured into buying.
