The member of staff who served us was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable made the experience of buying a new bed easier than anticipated

We went to try out the various types of mattresses and Jas advised us whilst giving us the time to try the various mattresses out without encroaching on our shopping experience. She also gave us some Tempura pillows to try out at the same time. This was a good idea on her part as we also purchased these when we bought the bed. Jas was very helpful but not intrusive.

The assistant was very helpful but didn’t intrude on our trying out the various mattresses. She advised us as to the various types and offered us drinks and a pillow to use as we tried the mattresses a clever ploy as it turned out because we ended up buying two tempura pillows.

We were greeted by Marian as we entered the Orpington store. She was cheerful and friendly. We knew we wanted a divan bed with headboard and mattress. She showed us all the available beds and matching headboards, then explained the mattress differences. She left us to try the mattresses and within 20minutes we were sitting with her getting our quote. The price was right and accepted for interest free credit so Marian put it all through for us. Very bright and welcoming store with great staff.

Assistant was very helpful and husband allowed to lay on bed to try it for Comfort. Also told about the 30-40 day trial.

The member of staff was extremely helpful and I had purchased from him before. He understood what my needs where and could not be more helpful I will be returning soon to purchase further items I would recommend the store at Orpington to all friends and family
