The assistant was very friendly He offered me a drink water which was very needed as it was so hot

polite and efficient way staff assisted me. I guess his experience told him not to try and sell me anything other than what I was looking for. I appreciate that.

Quick and easy. Really helpful but not over baring and I had a 3 months old with me which they helped entertain will making my purchase. Well down the Orpington team.

I needed to buy 2 temps pillows which you did not have in stock I’ve been sleeping very poorly and was in need of this matter to be resolved ASAP so your lovely sales assistant MARION said she would lend me a pillow and when mine came in she would drop my new pillows off and pick hers up Soooooo lovely I can’t thank her enough means so much when you haven’t slept well for a few nights it’s so hard to function well so thank you again
