The salesman 'Tony' was extremely helpful without being annoying. He showed us the type of mattress we were after, explained the difference between each one (we were shown 3) and he left us to try each one. Tony was on hand to answer any questions, which he answered very knowledgeable. Our decision was made. We were offered Tea.

Your work colleague made the whole buying s bed experience much easier, was friendly, answered all of my questions, made sure I understood everything, was very happy.

Jas was extremely helpful. Listened to what I wanted and led me directly to the beds that fitted my requirements. Also gave me appropriate time to assess the comfort of the beds. Also offered me a drink and was perfectly professional.

Marian was an absolute hero. We had come to try out some mattresses because we had panic bought one when moving home and it had given us awful back problems. Marian helped us from the moment we entered looking rather confused and flustered. She showed us the range of options all that were suitable for our needs. She couldn't have been more helpful and we got to walk home with a new mattress that we are in love with.

Marian was very helpful from the moment we walked into the store to even helping us navigate a mattress into my car. A very smooth and simple process of finding what we wanted quickly with Marian, paying and leaving with it on the day!

I cannot fault the service and experience we received at Dreams Orpington. We already had visited other Dreams store to look for our product so had an idea what we required when we walked into the shop. But we were greeted well asked if we needed help and when we explained what we were looking for received the right amount of assistance and extra information provided when required. We then needed to choose a mattress and again received a great deal of information to help us make an informed decision without feeling pressurised. Once we had decided on our purchase, the ordering process was pain free and even enjoyable with the friendly approach of the sales assistant explaining each stage as we went along. We received explanations of all processes, delivery lead times, options for recycling, terms and conditions. We left the store very satisfied with the service received, our purchase and safe in the knowledge that we had made the best decision and couldn’t have received any more information or assistance.

The salesman listened to what I needed and guided me to 3 temp ur mattresses to choose from. Even made me a nice cup of tea. Answered all my questions and was never pushy which I like.
