We were offered assistance when we first arrived but we were just looking. No pressure and we were made to feel relaxed to look around. When we were ready for assistance, we were given guidance on how the beds were colour coded which was a fab idea. I informed them I was in a budget and this was considered. Really helpful and knowledgeable staff. Didn't feel under any obligation to buy but was offered a great deal on my purchase

The help an knowladge offered by Marian was a complete contrast to the competition. She could not ahve done more to help and was highly knowledgable about the product. In other stores we were given poor recommendations and advice and the pricing was often difficult to find on the product. Marian was fantastic.
