Having been into another store (Lakeside) we already knew which two beds our choice would be between. Within the short timeframe we was at the Orpington branch, we were very happy with the service we received. The member of staff (I can't remember his name - older guy, tanned & nice teeth!) helped us to pick a mattress out of the two already chosen. Top banana!
