Staff knowledgeable and helpful, allowing us time to experience the varying mattresses at our own pace without interference; however, staff were very willing to answer any queries throughout our visit.

I called to see if they had a certain bed on show. The lady who answered the phone gave me all the info needed and said she would be in store later today if I wanted to have a look in person. She helped me massively and had great customer service. Her name was Marion I believe.

The manager was amazing and really understood my needs, he didn’t pressure me and was brilliant. Would highly recommend him. Really impressed
