Assistant was helpful and knowledgeable about the products available. She was patient when I was testing the beds for comfort. The payment and finalising of details for my purchase was quick and efficient. Overall a good experience.

Lovely helpful staff on phone as was not happy with tempur cloud elite mattress as it did not do as on description very hot at night. They kindly offered a comport exchange and free delivery. Do went to store to choose another one, very helpful staff

Marion was very helpful,friendly and she knew her products, she lent me a pillow when I tried the mattresses, which was a lovely touch. She helped us choose the bed we were after, ordering was quick and very efficient, delivery due in just over 2 weeks too, as needed the bed before Christmas.

It was quick and friendly service with someone who was very knowledgeable about mattresses. They were not pushy either which meant a lot to my wife and I.

Great customer service

I have visited the store to look at beds about a year ago and the sales assistant recognised me and was equally as helpful on this visit as he was on the last. His knowledge and advice was very reassuring. He was extremely polite and friendly and treated us as friends rather than simply a customer.

I was served by Marian and Tony who both gave exceptional friendly and genuine service. They really understood my needs and had great knowledge.

I had found what I wanted online and went in store to check that I liked it as much in reality and found it straight away. I then spoke to Marian who was able to advised how long the offer was on for, how much assembly would be and how much it would cost to take away our old mattresses if required. I then asked about getting a new mattress as I knew I wanted something firm, but was also interested in memory foam so Marian showed me a combination mattresses which was perfect. I went away for a week or so to do some measuring up and when we went back she still remembered us. Brilliant service!
