Nice understanding staff and good knowledge

The member of staff was highly knowledgeable about the products and also understood what we wanted. She pointed out several different types of mattresses all being mindful that my husband wanted a soft mattress.

I'd already decided which mattress i wanted before visiting the store. I was looking for it, when the sales assistant came up to me and offered his help. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and nothing was a problem. I did not find him at all "pushy", just very helpful.When i decided on everything, we sat down and he offered me a tea or coffee , so made me feel very welcome and not rushed at all.

Tee remembered me from last year when I was only browsing. He remembered what we were looking at and had my visit, order and delivery date completed within minutes.

I was highly satisfied because Jasbir, the person who served us was very knowledgeable and enabled us to choose the mattress we wanted

Although I already knew which mattress I wanted to purchase, Marian dealt with my order quickly, efficiently and in a friendly manner. Perfect!
