Good salesman, to the point and not too pushy. Very, very pleased at the speed of delivery, as this was needed urgently.

I spoke to a lady called Jas when I called earlier this week & she was extremely helpful going out of her way to show me suitable mattresses which would be suitable for my back problem. The divan the mattress was on was too high for me so she showed me suitable bed frames, making sure the mattress would fit correctly. I made sure I spoke to her when I went in today to place my order.

Jas served me and my wife in store. She was rfiendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. We were given enough room to explored and try out matresses without being crowded and had attention when we needed it. We'd only planned ot get some pillows and ended up buying a matress which speaks for itself.

Looking for a comfortable soft/medium mattress at a reasonable price for teenage daughter. Went to three other stores prior to Dreams, however the mattresses were either uncomfortable, too expensive or had long delivery timescales eg. Up to four weeks. On visiting your store we found exactly what we were looking for and the delivery date is in ten days which is acceptable compared to what the other stores were quoting us.
