We were uncertain what type of mattress we needed. Jasbir, the assistant who dealt with us, listened to our needs, offered us the use of the computerised bed that scans your body and requirements. She was very knowledgeable on all the products available. Was very polite, professional and not at all pushy.

The person helping us, Lisa-Marie at the Orpington branch was really helpful, friendly, she took her time explaining things so we could understand and she knows everything about each bed we tried which was key for us to decide. She understood all our needs and gave us a great variety of option to choose from. Great experience shopping at your store so we will definitely go back and recommend friends.

Dreams is the only place I would I would go to, for my beds, headboard, pillows and protectors. My family and friends think I am mad by not shopping about, but I know if I go straight to a Dreams shop I will come out 100% satisfied with the purchase.

It has been some years since we bought a new bed/mattress so we were looking for some guidance. This was provided admirably by Marian of the Orpington branch. We were asked if we needed assistance but were not pounced upon on entering the store. We were introduced to the Sleepmatch and from there given a pillow to try the relevant mattresses. We were even offered bottles of water. Without being rushed in any way we were able to settle on the mattress and bed suited to us and found our whole experience with your store and Marian very pleasant.
