Jasbir made the whole visit enjoyable. She gave us time to look around at our own pace with a welcome tea and coffee. She gave advice on the products we were interested in and suggested others to help. We were surprised to find that we had spent 2 hours in the shop and we appreciated her patience and help.

The sales lady Marian who dealt with me was extremely helpful, friendly ad knowledgeable She went to great trouble to find out what I was looking for and the price range I was willing to go to. My husband is in a wheelchair and she made him a cup of tea and ensured that he too was comfortable and happy. Marian's customer service was truly exceptional.
