Dreams - Orpington Springvale

Tremendous selection of beds and mattresses at great prices. All items were helpfully labelled and we were invited to try out the beds. Customer service was friendly and efficient. Really nice guy. have yet to receive the bed, but so far, an excellent experience.

The assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful. It was our first purchase from Dreams and we were very satisfied. We went into the shop without intending to make a purchase until we had sought alternatives, but we were so impressed we placed our order. If the delivery is satisfactory we will be very happy.

Tony was very approachable and helpful. He was open, honest and helped us with choosing a mattress to go with our bed. Compared to many competitors, the bed we chose offered great value for money and we didn't feel like the sales team were too pushy.

Friendly staff, excellent knowledge of product and understanding of our needs. Good selection of mattresses. The displays of what's inside them helped understand construction of the mattresses too,which really helped.

The mattress I wanted was not in shop so I was going to order on line assistant ordered on line for me .Only down side was delivery time 3weeks was a bit long .Other than that a quick and pleasant experience.

Friendly welcome when I visited the Orpington branch which is always nice..
