The lady shop assistant was very pleasant; helped point me to the mattress I was looking for. I was unsure when I would be able to accept delivery and she was not only helpful but very patient.

The assistant was friendly and he explained to me the different types of mattresses and showed me how the springs would look. He also offered us tea and coffee.

I have just recently moved house due to being widowed,I was emotional andreplacing my marital bed and had visions of myself having to shop around which emotionally I was dreading.Once I entered the store looking shell shocked i was approached by Jas who was polite and so so helpful,she set me up on the "computerised bed" once we knew what my needs were she proceeded to show and advice me on several beds.i explained to jas that I'm a lady of a certain age and she showed me the Therapur Actigel plus Response 3200 K Mattress,I was sold straight away! It was one hour from start to finish,I was so relieved and happy and I have only two weeks to wait for delivery. Thank you Jas x.

Tony at the Orpington branch was extremely professional, understood our needs completely and his knowledge was impressive. all in all we bought a bed exactly to our son's requirements, within our budget including the additional cover and guarantee we will be back soon to purchase my own bed :) thanks fantastic service!

We went to the Orpington branch to look at two singles for our guest room. The salesman was very knowledgable and helpful without being intrusive. He allowed us to find our own way to select our purchase but was available when we wanted to place our order. Will he returning for our new bed when our renovation is complete and hope we get the same salesman to help with selection.
