I called the store (298) before I visited so that I could be sure they had the item I wanted to look at ....and buy! They did not have that item in store but the very knowledgeable Jasbir said they had a very similar one in the showroom. I drove down to the store and was welcomed by Jasbir and shown the similar product. On the basis of that I ordered, through Jasbir, the mattress I wanted! It was a pleasant, swift and fun purchase....and I usually hate shopping! I would probably not have bothered to go into store if Jasbir hadn't been so helpful ...right from the start!

Excellent range of product! Nicely displayed! GREAT staff! Good prices! AND the option to have the old mattress removed.....plus big green bag to put it in!

From the moment we entered the store at Orpington, we were made to feel very welcome by Tony. He assisted us throughout our visit, giving us friendly advice and information regarding our search. He even made us cups of coffee, and left us with as much time as we needed to make our decisions. We did not feel forced.
