The service was excellent the shop assistant was friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. We were given all the information we required to make our choice. While waiting for the order to be done we were given tea which was very welcome after a busy day shopping. Thank you for a great shopping experience

Didn't know what mattress to choose but the staff who served us was very helpful and explained in full details of the product

Marian opened the door a little before 11am to allow us to browse as we were tight on time. She later answered all queries and her recommendations meant we found the best mattress for our son. At no time did I feel I was hearing a sales pitch or under any pressure to buy, excellent service.

Great customer service, staff very knowledgeable. Especially Marian, who helped us a great deal, was attentive and informative.

We were looking for a divan to replace the junior bed for our grand-daughter and found the store assistant extremely helpful. We tested various options and decided quite quickly on the item we chose. Staff seemed eager to serve and please us. Offer of coffee etc. We had no idea what sort of mattress we needed and 'the fitting' process gave us a direction to pursue. The staff deal in beds and mattresses unlike the diversification of staff in other stores.

As I walked into the store I seek assistance & explain what I was looking for the member of staff listened and knew exactly where the item was located and took me straight to it. I was able to choose the item & pay for it with 15 minutes, this has been the best experience I’ve had in buying a bed/mattress it was stress free.
