Enjoyed the experience of a computer analysing our bed needs. Excellent help by sales staff and quick decision. All done in under 30 minutes.

Marian at Orpington was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable, I felt that she was not just trying to sell the product for the sake of it.

Very helpful assistant, knowledgeable with no pressure, explained the product in depth that the Tempur mattress was a " cool-touch " mattress. Friendly and courteous and made us feel at ease which led to a joyful experience.

We ordered a bed, mattress and bedside table last year which was delivered quickly and on time. We ordered two more beds with mattresses and two bedside tables on Wednesday. Staff was very helpful and friendly and as a company we would recommend every time.

Tony made our experience easy and simple. Tony listened to us after asking the relevant questions. He was very attentive, however when we narrowed down to two beds to choose from, we were left to make up our own mind, which was much appreciated.

The staff were readily available and very knowledgable, but didn't hassle us as we walked round the store to try the mattresses, and were easily approachable if we had a query to ask.

The sales Lady Marian was extremely helpful in all aspects of out purchase In fact all your staff were great !
