I hate to go into a shop and having pushing staff, as it means I can not think clearly. I found in your Dreams store the balance was really good. I was asked if I wanted any help, offered tea and coffee. But what was important for me was that I was given the time and space to make my decision with out feeling pressured to buy, which was great. Your staff at this Dreams store are a really credit to you and I hope you value what good staff you have working for you

Team were friendly and helpful

We were served by Marion and we found her very helpful in finding the right bed for us. We had our 2 year old son with us and she was very accommodating even tho he was getting bored. Will definitely go back to see her when our children need new mattresses and beds in the new year. Will also be recommending her to relatives that are looking for a new bed too.

From the moment we walked in we were made to feel welcome. Jas was friendly and helpful without being pushy on us buying anything. There was a good choice of matresses that were suitable for us and we had plenty of time to decide which one was best for us. And we were impressed with the delivery time of 4 days!

We were offered refreshments and talked through our available options. Marian was friendly and very knowledgeable and let us browse at our leisure.
