The staff we very helpful and knowledgable on the products we were looking at. You could tell they had the experience to advise us and gave us time to think, no pressuring us. Very friendly.

James the store manager was extremely helpful, and knowledgeable. We had seen a bed online that was on sale but the exact model was not in store, as it was an older model. He showed us the new model and told us about the differences and even took us upstairs to show us the colour of the bed that we had chosen as the new models were in a slightly different colour. He sat us down and offered us a drink (which I thought was very friendly) and then went through the different options of delivery and explained why it would be beneficial for us to pay for the experts to deliver and assemble the new bed for us (as its a TV/Tech Bed), and the benefits of purchasing the bed cover service plan. This all took no time at all and we will definitely be going back to that store for our next purchase. Thank you so much to the whole team at Dreams - Orpington.

I was highly satisfied with my experience at Dreams because I received very good care from Tony. He listened to what my issues were and gave me all the options he could. He was very knowledgeable. He didn’t rush us and he didn’t try to steer me to the most expensive mattress either. I would definately come back and would recommend this store to my friends and family. Fantastic!

Good service, great help in choosing wright bed and mattress

We knew what we wanted, but also your colleague immediately showed us where we could find what we were looking for and alternatives which we might be interested in. She was very helpful and made sure we were aware of what she was doing during the actual sales process.

After 12 years we finally bit the bullet and decided to purchase a new mattress, and I must say it was a pleasure, Marian was so helpful and made us a coffee. 1st class

Marian was extremely knowledgable and attentive. She has the perfect mix for a salesperson of not coming across pushy but at the same time ensuring you have all you need to make an informed decision in a relaxed environment. If I had staff I’d hire her in an shot. Greeting, drinks, promotions and sleep match it was a no brainier.
