We had thy e best customer service. Marion, the lady who served us was very professional offered us a hot drink when we arrived. She was friendly, patient and had a good knowledge of the product. I bought my grandmother in for a new mattress and she spent time with her and helped her around the store to see the product. Excellent service and excellent product

James and Tony at Dreams Orpington were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, hospitable with a cup of tea and helped me get the right mattress for our needs using the mattress matcher facility. Ordering and arranging delivery and offering all that was available yo me was constant and very helpful indeed.
