Marian guided us through the mattress test, and then helped recommend several till she helped us find the perfect one for both our backs.

Marion at the Orpington store was very helpful. I knew what it was I was after as had already looked online, she was extremely helpful in assisting me and helping me get my order placed. Very knowledgeable and did not try to oversell the products available to me.

Staff member, Jashbir (Orpington Retail Park) was immediately on hand to assist but was not pushy or pressuring in any way. She was extremely knowledgeable about the products and spent time helping us select the right bed for us: including by offering price and quality choices. She played with our 18 month daughter whilst we carried out the sleep match mattress selection, offered us pillows when testing mattresses and drinks whilst placing our order. She made purchasing our bed and mattresses easy and a pleasure.
