Marion was extremely helpful - she set up the sleep scanner bed (can’t remember the exact name) and then took us round the store to look at various options. There were other customers in the store at the same time and we never felt forgotten

We had no idea what mattress we needed and the team helped us very well. We didn't feel pressured at all and left very satisfied

Jasbir took the time to understand our requirements, explained our options and alternatives very well and made it easy to select the best mattress for our needs.

Great customer service.

During our visit to the Orpington store we were greeted by Marian who took care of our needs from entering the store we were given pillows for the experience also we used the sleep match. We were offered a drink as well great set up.

Marian seemed intent on providing us with a great experience, understood what we wanted and came up with a satisfactory solution. She clearly has a great deal of knowledge about the products and gave me confidence in what we were buying.

Have used dreams previously, happy with my purchase then and returned some years latter to buy a new bed. Staff very helpful and made the experience a pleasant one.
