The staff at the orpington branch couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful They explained everything and were able to find information for me on past orders They assisted me with matching the colour o required Very personable staff

On entering the store we were quickly seen by an assistant. He was highly informative and any questions we posed were responded to in a professional manner. We explained what my mother needed and price range and was shown a range of mattresses to try out. There was no rushing us even though the shop had customers waiting whichwascreally appreciated. As a result we ordered a mattress which suits my mothers needs and look forward to delivery in two weeks. The assistant named Lee that dealt with us was very helpful and made our visit a pleasant experience.
