The lady who assisted us Marion was highly knowledgeable. The store manager was also extremely friendly and helpful. The team clearly really enjoy working together as the greeting we received was so warm and welcoming. We have shopped at dreams many times before and this was our best experience yet. Good customer service makes so much difference. Thank you to Marion and her team.

He took the time to understand our needs and budget, starting with sleepmatch to identify the type of support we need before showing us a wide range of suitable options at different price points while maintaining an extremely high level of sanitation and social distancing.
