Greeted by Lee who assisted me all the way with a cold drink too. I had lots of questions and he nailed everything I wanted to know. I was impressed with his knowledge. Considering I'm fussy/pregnant and was testing all going around, he stayed by and was patient. So thank you so much

Third bed shop visited and the only one where staff came and offered help and guidance. Dealt with a lady called Marian, who was extremely helpful.

A first the 1st assistant (male / bearded) was quite rude and dismissive - went and had a look at bed frames but did not like them - no-one came upstairs to assist. Was just about to leave the store without making a purchase, when the female assistant approached and bothered to ask questions and totally guided me in the right direction for the type of bed I wanted (and didn't even know lol) she was very informative regarding products and helped me choose a new headboard etc. A credit to this store
