Dreams - Orpington Springvale

Although I went in for a Sealy bed, as seen on line, the manager explained that range was not held in store and unlikely to be available until next year. However he showed me quite a few alternatives and I found exactly what I wanted - he explained all the differences and I was happy with my choice

We were very happy with our service at Dreams (Orpington). The colleague who spoke to us was very helpful and friendly and asked us what we were looking for. She let us look around by ourselves and when we were ready to do the bed simulator., she explained how it works and asked us some questions about how we slept, she put our details into the tablet. We would recommend Dreams to family and friends

I initially went instore to look to price up a new mattress, but due to the fact I may be emigrating in the next few years, I didn't want to spend too much money. I then purchased an ex-display mattress which suited my budget.

The store manager 'Lee' at the Orpington store was extremely helpful and delivered an excellent customer service, he seem to be very knowledgable on the products and he was very genuine in offering advice on products. I'd highly recommend Dreams Orpington store to my friends if they are looking for beds.

Lee, the sales manager was very polite and helpful with an understanding of our needs and with a good knowledge of the products. The delivery was on time and the drivers were also very polite and helpful. Overall a very good experience from sales to delivery.

Overall it was a pleasant shopping experience. The staff were knowledgeable and highly professional. I was treated with respect and listened to. This is the 2nd time I have bought products from Dreams and would not consider going anywhere else. Thank you.
