From walking in to walking out we were served by friendly and competent staff. We were shown the products but felt no pressure to purchase. We went away and returned two days later to purchase. The assistant remembered us.

Really wanted a bed headboard that was made of solid wood. Had to have one made of wooden slats. Will collect more dust.
