Sales assistant Marian very helpful and knowledgeable. I was spending more than £2000 on a bed and no delivery slot came up at all? Fortunately the sales assistant said she will contact me on Friday 4th September when she is next in (spring vale branch Orpington) with a date if your computer is working and or delivery date section on it.

Very helpful as I am profoundly Deaf and the staff have been patiently due to communication difficulties otherwise I’m happy with the order I requested

We were unsure on which mattress to select and so the employee helped us with the machine at the front of store which enabled us to find a suitable mattress

The salesman who dealt with me was very friendly and courteous. He was very helpful. All the staff were very friendly.
