From the moment we walked in, we were greeted politely and immediately felt under no pressure. We weren’t really sure what we were looking for but with help and guidance from the salesperson, Jasbir, who was very knowledgable, we were allowed sufficient time and question/answers to decide our needs, whilst being offered a variety of drinks. I also went back to retest the mattress just to make sure and was met with the same politeness. On going back a third time to complete the purchase, again, variety of drinks, politeness and helpfulness meant the whole buying experience was positive. Let’s hop the bed and mattress live up to the sales experience!

The assistant approached us initially then allowed us to browse and try beds. She was there when we needed questions answered but we did not feel pressured at all. Having looked at several beds and tried out many mattresses we finally made our decision. It is not nice being followed and this assistant did not do that. We came to buy a bed and we did. Had the assistant been overwhelming we would have walked out. But the assistant gave us space but was there when needed. We were very pleased.
