Dreams - Orpington Springvale

Marian was friendly, cheerful, helpful and knowledgable. After assessing our mattress needs, she recommended different mattresses for us try and then gave us the chance to try them again on our own so we could have a chat privately. She also rocked our son in his pram whilst we tried the mattresses so that we could focus entirely on buying a bed (which goes above and beyond in terms of customer service). We had planned to look in the bed shop next door too, but after Marian’s help, there was no need.

Staff friendly and knowledgeable and listened to our needs

Service in shop was excellent but I do feel original pricing a bit expensive.

Great service. Very knowledgeable. Order was very simple. Only nine days to wait for delivery.

Staff were all pleasant & helpful and spent time discussing my requirement.

Products and good customer service

I think it really depends on the staff member - I dealt with Mariam and have in the past and she is great. Some other staff members don’t look to be doing much or know much…. I wouldn’t have placed an order with them. Lee is also very good This is the Orpington store

We dealt with Lee Baker on our visit to Dreams in Orpington. Lee was very knowledgeable and had good technical insights into all the products we wanted to purchase. Lee gave us an overview of all products and not just Dreams own brands which I thought was very objective. We did land up buying a number of Dreams own brands products! Lee never rushed us and was very patient with us especially given we had 2 highly energised little girls with us who were quite noisy!! The shop was well laid out and there were good covid safety measures in place.

Took the bed test that showed what mattress we needed. We tried lots of mattresses and the lady who served us was very informative as well as helpful with what mattress would suit us best.

The colleague was very helpful and spent a lot of time to explain everything. She then allowed us time to look at the options on our own but was available to answer questions when we needed, we did not feel pressured at any time. In these times of masks etc. we were quite comfortable.
