Dreams - Orpington Springvale

We arrived at the spring dale store just befor they were due to close and the sales assistant was very helpful she did not rush us at any point her name was Marion she was very helpful as to directing me to the temper mattress that best suited my need and even when it went over the stated time for the shop to close she did not get at all frustrated with me and proceeded to take my order and sort out finance for me I I feel that she went above and beyond to help

The Dreams seller was very helpful in the buying and the ordering of the bed. It's going to be delivered for a month which isn't a major problem. Everything in the Orpington Store was fine like safety, service and corvid-19.

Helpful advice from friendly assistant who also knew when we needed time for our own walkaround. Synthesiser for mattress was useful.

The person assisting us was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Jasbir looked after us from the minute we walked into the store. She was friendly and extremely helpful. She recommended the computerised system where you lay on the bed to assist with getting the right mattress and took us through the options. We were offered a hot drink and were able to help ourselves to sanitiser and bottled water. Ordering was quick and the delivery date was made for 7 days time which was a pleasant surprise, we would definitely recommend Dreams to our friends and family.

We were dealt with by Marian at the Orpington Branch on Saturday 17th April. 2021. She was extremely knowledgeable , friendly and professional without being pushy.

Very helpful service and speedy delivery. We went to Bensons first but Dreams were far better at service and price. Keep up the good work.
