Whilst we were dealt with promptly and efficiently, other customers children were running around the store jumping on items of furniture and generally getting in the way. The computer also refused to accept our postcode so it had to be input manually. This issue has never arisen before.

The service in store was fine but I feel very disappointed in the delivery service I received today which has put me off shopping at Dreams again.
