The only issue was the heat of the shop. No air con and the electronic mattress machine thingy you lay on was right be shop doors in blazing sun through the glass

I was told that the day before delivery I would be told a 2 hour slot. This didn't happen and on that day before I was told to call the store at 0930, when I would then be told the 2 hour slot. As the store doesn't open until 1000 all I got was an answerphone. I was told the slot at1000. However, I was highly pleased with the delivery crew, who not only nearer the time gave me a one hour slot. but were so helpful upon arrival.

Delivery slot not available at nearer time. And you do not do NHS discount like other bed stores I have visited

Spend all that time in store trying all different mattress. Paid up front and no delivery date given
