Dreams - Orpington Springvale

Product we liked we saw on line but not in store but dream colleague Tony was very helpful in showing us what we had seen on line, explaining the differences between bed frames and recommending without pushing us for the mattress that might suit our needs best and explaining options on whether we would want to exchange mattress after a period of time. He was also very helpful with our delivery and payment date.

The staff was knowledgeable and very willing to listen to and answer my questions. I was concerned because I needed my bed as soon as possible but the gentleman who helped me got on the phone and found the earliest delivery slot he could. I would recommend Dreams in Orpington to everyone.

Tea for all, time to relax and really try out the mattresses that we were looking at, but ready to answer questions when required.

The sales person, Robert, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He spent more time helping me than I would have expected him to, which I know helped me to be able to make a purchase on that day. I was also pleased that there were mattresses with the features I sought with affordable prices.

We were welcomed into store he ascertained what we wanted explained the mattresses then left us to browse until we were ready to order . He showed us all designs for storage before we then decided . We were offered tea which was a lovely touch as we spent a while deciding . The process to order was done quickly and he was very helpful

Easy to shop help when needed but not harassed all beds explained well . good ordering with lots of extras if you needed them
