Tee was great from when I walked in the store, helpful, informative and a pleasure to deal with - helped me decide what to choose and very knowledgeable on the products

Friendly and helpful staff, made finding the right product very easy.

I was served by a very helpful sales person called Tee. He explained about the sleep match machine and after I went on it he explained all the different mattresses suited to me, he took me around the store and let me try them and gave me a pillow as well, he was very patient and extremely knowledgeable, but not pushy, he even offered me a tea,coffee or a bottle of water which was a lovely touch as I don't know of any other store that offer that service!
