The assistant, Robert understood our requirements and dealt with our order quickly and efficiently and was very helpfull.

As soon as my husband and i walked in the store we were greeted and asked if we wanted assistance, we could not see what we were looking for but after describing the chrome bedstead that we were after we were shown a picture of one and then one of the salesman said he had a headboard out the back that is the same make and quality so he went and got it for us to see the quality and touch it. We were very happy with what we saw and the price was good so we ordered it, we agreed a date for delivery that was good for us so we came away from the store in Sevenoaks Road, Orpington very happy.

Helpfulness of the staff, without being too much. Speed of their knowledge of goods and general friendliness, again without being overbearing. I will definitely shop at this store again in the future.

Robert was very friendly. He told us what he would do for us and did more than we expected. Even though the delivery date was snapped up by someone else whilst we were making the transaction he will endeavour to try to get us our original date and will phone on his day off to let us know the outcome!! We got a great deal and can't wait for the delivery!
