Dreams - Orpington Springvale

My husband and I were assisted by Jas. She was extremely knowledgeable about the products and gave us plenty of time to decide on which product/s to purchase, without any pressure. She was very friendly with a professional approach. We purchased beds from Dreams in 2014 and were very happy with that experience also.

Assistant did her utmost to help me find what I wanted -nothing was too much trouble - will use your shop again.

The staff member, Tony. Was really helpful when we arrived a week a go to have a look round and was really helpful when we made our choice on bed today. He explained the process of ordering the bed and the different types of delivery.

Very helpful assistance from the sales assistant who took time to explain all the options.

Tee & Mark from Dreams, Springvale, Orpington were very helpful, they were on hand to answer any queries we had without hovering over us as we were browsing. A perfect situation. Both knowledgeable on the products and availability and very helpful throughout the whole transaction.

Friendly greeting on entering the store. Mark, the asst Manager explained it all and assisted with our choice. He even got us a cuppa! He kept up his pleasant demeanour in the face of I.T. failure while we were ordering.

Being able to physically try out the mattresses was essential to us (vs buying online). The range in the store allowed us to sample a broad range to find just the right one. The result was we felt confident we were making the right choice of mattress. The staff were attentive and knowledgeable. They were patient while we went from bed to bed and back again, and stepped in when we had queries. I think not dressing them in pyjamas anymore is probably good for the image, and good for their morale! We tried a few other stores - Benson for beds and a local supplier, but they did not have the range to sample, nor, in fact, the quality. Benson particularly had the basic models and then lept to £2k mattresses and left little inbetween. We settled on the SilentNight Ashridge at £900 and it is fantastic.

The assistant offered and gave us help but without putting sales pressure on us.

We dealt with mark. He was very knowledgeable about the products and explained the pros and cons of each item. He left us to look at and test the products on our own and was not pushy. He explained the various additional options/products and made it clear that the choice was ours. once again we felt we were not being pressured into a sale. He explained the process for payment/delivery and returns etc and ran through the invoice in detail. He had a friendly and helpful manner and made sure we were happy with our purchase before leaving the store. It was a pleasure not to endure the usual pressure sales technique that seems to be endemic in sales these days.

On both occasions when visiting the store and actually calling up to find out about the bed we wish to purchase the staff were very helpful throughout. I didn't feel pressured into buying anything and we were very happy with our bed purchase.
