thestore was very spacious with a wide variety of stock the sales staff were there but not pushy and he was very polite and informative without being over bearing

Robert was extrememly helpful. He gave us excellent information about different types of beds/mattress options, even made us a cup of tea. He then left us to meander at our own pace, was not invasive/looking for a hard sell. when coming to order and pay for our goods, it was a smooth and efficient process.

Mark, the sales assistant was very knowledgable and really helpful. We were in a research phase for a new bed and did not want to be pressurised by sales personnel but Mark was able to deal with us in a manner where we are likely to return. As an aside we also purchased some pillows and bed top memory foam as well.
