Dreams - Orpington Springvale

I was shown the product I was looking for and given a display of how the guest bed opened up. Delivery was arranged for when I wanted it . My only complaint is the cost of delivery upstairs to put in situ is£39! a bit steep!Iwent for free delivery to our hall.

We went in total 3 times to your Orpington store and each time, I was very happy with the service I received. It was not too intrusive, my first visit I just looked around. My 2nd visit I was shown how the guest bed was put up, and my 3rd I tried it out myself to ensure I could manage to use the guest bed by myself. I was very happy with the service I received the staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

The stores assistants were welcoming and very attentive. Allowing us to peruse undisturbed, but verifying and checking occasionally, if we needed any further assistance. Jas was the assistant who dealt with our enquiry, order and came across very helpful and knowledgeable in answering our questions in regards to the different options of furniture available. Jas was very polite and courteous throughout our visit.
