Very good service quick efficient offered other products but no hard selling

Very good assistance from Robert at the Orpington branch. Interest free credit made the purchase more desirable. Only came into store for a mattress!

The colleagues in the store were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Knowledge was great and provided everything we needed to help make our decision.

We were highly satisfied with our experience on our visit to dreams firstly we were greeted as we walked through the door and told that if we needed any assistance it would be provided, we were left to look and try out the beds without being constantly harassed which was very pleasant, we was asked intermittently if everything was ok and did we need any assistance,when we did need assistance to purchase the items that we required we had assistance which was done in a very pleasant manner with efficiency and speed which again made our shopping trip a very pleasing one.

Given time and space to try mattresses and advice when needed. Brilliant service.

As soon as I walked into the store, I was just looking round, and a female assistant offered to help me. She asked what was I looking for and explained the colour coded 'throw' on the beds. Very good idea. She answered all my questions and obviously knew her 'stuff'. Ordering/payment procedure was painless. In addition the delivery will be on the exact date I require. Don't think you could better the service!
