Very friendly staff who were patient and helpful in explaining the different options available in store.

The salesperson who assisted us was exceedingly helpful but did not pressurise us in any way to purchase. She was very knowledgeable and could advise and assist us in making our choice. We were very impressed with the whole business premises, nicely laid out and easy to get around, very clean and well maintained.

We found we were assisted as and when we required it and not hounded by a hard sell. He was very helpful in making our choice.

The assistance we received was both friendly and informative we particularly liked the fact that he was not pushy or went for the hard sell but gave us time to think it all through

Staff were very helpful and not pushy or constantly bugging you. Store was clean. Beds are clearly marked and colour coded to help you identify the beds you wish to try. I still feel the products are slightly over priced and there is a long wait for delivery but that is the only down side.

I'd spent the week looking at rival adjustable beds, and none compared to the Sleepeeze in Dreams. The product sold itself, despite being twice the price of competitors.
