My husband suffers with back pain and the assistant was very understanding and helpful the young assistant we saw at first was obviously new but he was very pleasant and tried to answer all our questions if he did not know the answer he asked one of the more experienced assistant.

Tony was extremely helpful with advice and information. Gave clear explanations and made me feel comfortable and confident on my decisions to purchase.

A bit weary at first when shopping for a mattress at being pounced on by a pushy salesman, fortunately this wasn't the case. We were given time to look. Asked if we needed assistance, had a little explanation of what was what and left alone to try for as long as we liked and with no pressure. Once we decided what we wanted the sales procedure was quick and easy (as quick and easy as spending £800 can be)!! We collected our item, and once again I was very happy, was in and out of the warehouse within 5 minutes. Can't wait to go to bed tonight and sleep on my new mattress.
