Friendly, professional service

Upon arrival I could the the staff were either sanitising products or keenly serving customers. After browsing for a couple of minutes with my family a member of sales staff approached, we were welcomed and advised very swiftly. We really enjoyed the customer service and within 20 minutes of reviewing all the products suitable to us we made a purchase. We will return in future and will be sending others in. Beds, like shoes, must be tried before purchasing and thus shop suited the purpose perfectly. I was prepared to spend the afternoon looking for mattresses, it was all wrapped up in 30 minutes.

The store had excellent covid facilities in place. Anti bac, gloves and paper towels were readily available by the door. We were greeted by Lee, who was extremely helpful and friendly. He took his time and was very attentive in letting try out the beds the computer had recommended, as well as others he thought would suit us too. He fully explained all the options available to us, and the differnce between all the beds! When we sat with him to order, we were offered drinks and again, Lee explained everything fully. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Dreams again, and recommend to others.

We are a returning customer purely for the fact we have always been happy with the service we receive and the standard of the products that we have had over the many years of being a customer with Dreams.

Although we had to first look for a customer service representative to help us with our shop, he was immediately a very helpful and polite person. He took his time explaining the range of products that was recommended to us by the clever machine in the store and was very patient with my all my questions. I would most positively agree that if it weren’t for his excellent customer service skills we would not have made such a swift decision to purchase a mattress on the day without trying other vendors.
