Mark was very informative and it was easy to determine which type of bed we preferred. Once this decision was made we were told the options, details and product specifications etc

Knowledgeable sales assistant who spent some considerable time explaining the difference between each product we were looking at. Colour coding the different types of mattresses was an enormous help.

We were given plenty of time to browse without any pressure from staff.we were asked if we needed assistance at first & richard was very helpful & then left us alone.he explained everything clearly in plain terms.when we spoke to him he gave us 100% attention & various alternatives.he knew the product inside out & was very helpful.all in all it was a pleasent experience shopping at Dreams Sevenoaks Way.

Sales assistant was very knowledgeable about all of the products and could tell us the difference between each of the products that we were looking at.

Very Satisfied, Salesman (Mack) extremely helpful and we purchased bed and mattress we were looking for, we are moving into a new property but do not yet have exchange date, Mack was very accommodation of this and will arrange a delivery date for when we do move in.

The salespeople were obviously very experienced and were intent on us finding the best product for us. We are both pleased with our decision to change our existing bed. The delivery time was communicated to us very quickly so that we could plan the other work needed to complete our bedroom update.
